Biosorption of Pb(II) from aqueous solution by Solanum melongena leaf powder as a low-cost biosorbent prepared from agricultural waste

- Biosorption of Pb(II) ions by SMLP was studied.
- The biosorbent was characterized by BET, FTIR, SEM-EDS and X-RD analysis.
- The pseudo-second-order model best described the biosorption kinetics.
- Langmuir model provided the best correlation for the experimental data.
