Chitosan-ionic liquid modified single-use sensor for electrochemical monitoring of sequence-selective DNA hybridization

- Single-use graphite electrodes (PGE) were modified with chitosan-ionic liquid composite film.
- There is approximately 39.8% signal enhancement by using CHIT-IL-PGE on DNA detection.
- These electrodes were performed for electrochemical monitoring of DNA hybridization.
- These electrodes exhibit high selectivity in the sequence selective DNA hybridization.
