Effect of particle size on conformation and enzymatic activity of EcoRI adsorbed on CdS nanoparticles

- The different curvatures of CdS NPs lead EcoRI to undergo different conformational changes.
- The decrease in α-helix content more or less affects the activity of EcoRI.
