- Essential oil blended eugenol nanoemulsion is more stable than eugenol only.
- Increase in surfactant concentration and emulsification time decreases droplet size.
- S3E3 exhibited significant antibacterial activity by altering membrane permeability.
- S3E3 preserves orange juice against microbial spoilage.
