ACW reduction of primary cultures

This article addresses the specific applications of volume reduction and buffer exchange in CAR-T cell therapy manufacturing and the technological solutions. FloDesign Sonics' Acoustic Concentrate-Wash (ACW) technology is explained and examples are provided of the ACW performance in critical concentrate-wash steps of a CAR-T cell manufacturing workflow.
