Parameters measurement of the object in a video sequence

This article deals with the analysis of the selected parameters which describes the conduct of the interest objects in the video sequences. The objects of interest are cilia - the microscopic moving matter covering human lungs. The moving objects are captured by high-speed video camera and image analysis is used for evaluation. The proper assessment of obtained images is very important for right determining patient’s diagnosis. The achievement of this study is software designed for segmentation of images of video sequences which may be further used for statistic and morphological assessment of the cilia of the respiratory epithelium.
