Succinamic acid functionalized PAMAM dendrimer modified pencil graphite electrodes for voltammetric and impedimetric DNA analysis

- Succinamic acid functionalized second generation PAMAM dendrimer (G2-PS) was used.
- Pencil graphite electrodes (PGEs) were modified with G2-PS.
- Calf thymus DNA, or oligonucleotide was immobilized onto G2-PS/PGE.
- Electrochemical measurements were performed by using DPV, CV and EIS.
- Enhanced biosensor response was obtained by G2-PS/PGEs compared to unmodified ones.
