Augmented optical, dielectric and electrochemical performance for morphologically crushed nanorods decorated Fe:MnO2/PIn nanocomposite

The present work reports for the optical, dielectric and electrochemical properties of Fe-doped MnO2/PIn nanocomposite. Fe-doped MnO2/PIn nanocomposite was synthesized via a facile in-situ chemical oxidative polymerization process. The porous nanostructure of PIn was examined from FESEM images and proved to be a promising candidate for numerous applications. The chemical bonds were confirmed through FTIR analysis. Eminence surface morphology and structural features were examined via TEM technique with corresponding SAED pattern. The optical property was investigated through UV-vis spectroscopic technique and modified electronic band structure was corroborated via tauc plot and band gap energy. The high dielectric constant, dielectric loss and AC conductivity revealed that Fe:MnO2/PIn nanocomposite was a superb dielectric material with excellent redox property. The optimized optical and dielectric property of Fe:MnO2/PIn nanocomposite proved it as an effective candidate for solar cells, capacitors, electronic packaging and many others electronic devices.
