THE FUZZY AHP PROCESS FOR CHOICE OF KNOWLEDGE-BASED MANAGEMENT STYLES

The three management methods MbI, MbO, and MbV are evaluated and the most adequate management method for companies is determined using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP). This study also gives a chance to compare the results of AHP and FAHP for the same problem, and shows the power of FAHP in capturing experts' knowledge.
