Polymersome nanoparticles for delivery of Wnt-activating small molecules

Polymersomes loaded with the small molecule 6-bromoindirubin-3′-oxime (BIO) induce the spatiotemporal controlled activation of the Wnt signalling pathway and consequent osteogenic differentiation of human bone marrow stromal cells.
