چکیده انگلیسی
One dendrimeric anticancer prodrug based on low generations of PAMAM dendrimers modified by lactobionic acid and natural product ursolic acid was synthetized successfully named as UA-G0-LA for the first time. Due to the branched structure of nanocarrier PAMAM dendrimers, the prodrug would self-assemble into inerratic globose nanoparticles with well-defined size distribution.123
