Vacuum extraction enhances rhPDGF-BB immobilization on nanotubes to improve implant osseointegration in ovariectomized rats

Vacuum extraction could be easily applied to enhance the immobilization of rhPDGF-BB on the nanotube surface and into the nanotube. More rhPDGF-BB aggregation played a crucial role in promoting adhesion, proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of stem cells and also significantly contributed to the fast new bone formation and enhancing implant fixation in OVX rats.356
