Design and implementation of SOLR-based information retrieval system for value-added service

After introducing the SOLR, an open source full-text searching engine, this paper presents a method based on SOLR searching engine to provide the information retrieval for value-added service in telecommunication networks. Then with the analysis of the performance of this system, the methods of performance optimization are introduced.
