Nested feedback loops in gene regulation

► We model the nuclear activity of the transcription factor NF-κB. ► NF-κB is regulated by a nested feedback of two inhibitor proteins IκBα and A20. ► The feedback from A20 is able to change the period of nuclear oscillations of NF-κB.
