► The presence of unclassical TAGs such as C23:0 LL, C23:0 OO and C21:0 LL. ► The accumulation of TAG content during maturation is not well-known. ► Forty nine TAG are founded in wild AraA, while, 21 and 25 in cultivars AraC and AraT. ► The TAG content and composition of wild peanut is not well-known. ► Wild AraA is richer in TAG content than cultivars AraC and AraT ones.
