Preparative isolation of triterpenoids from Ganoderma lucidum by counter-current chromatography combined with pH-zone-refining

► First report the separation of Ganoderma lucidum by CCC technique. ► Three compounds are separated in one single run by stepwise CCC. ► The combination of stepwise CCC and pH-zone-refining CCC can be very useful. ► The stepwise CCC has more advantages in separating natural products.
