Influence of the immobilization procedures on the electroanalytical performances of Trametes versicolor laccase based bioelectrode

► We present three immobilization methods of fungal laccase from Trametes versicolor. ► We characterized three MWCNTs laccase based modified biosensors. ► We tested the biosensors performances towards phenolic and non-phenolic substrates. ► We tested the permeability to some redox mediators across the immobilizing layer. ► We found that polyazetidine shows the better performances as immobilizing agent.
