Optical properties of unsymmetrical azomethines with one imine bonds

- We analyze the influence of imine structure on their physical properties.
- Imines emitted blue, violet or green light in solution.
- Electrochemical energy band gap of imines was observed at in range of 3.80-4.19 eV.
- Some of the imines seems to be promising potential candidates for optoelectronics.
