The luminescence properties of Bi3+ sensitized Gd2MoO6:RE3+ (REÂ =Â Eu or Sm) phosphors for solar spectral conversion

Gd2MoO6:1%Bi3+, 20%Eu3+ and Gd2MoO6:1%Bi3+, 1%Sm3+ phosphors are proposed to be promising UV-absorbing spectral converter for DSSCs via solar spectrum conversion as it possess broadband absorption in the whole UV region of 250-400 nm and could emit intense visible or near-infrared lights.
