Doped the electropolymerized PEDOT for high performance and air stable Si/organic solar cells

Electropolymerized PEDOT is employed for the first time to Si/organic solar cells achieving a power conversation efficiency of 7.36% with much higher stability than that with traditional PEDOT:PSS.212
