Preparation and characterization of nano-sized FeTaO4/graphite for lithium-ion batteries

Figure shows the cycle performance of FTO-SS and FTO-G at a current density of 1.0 A g− 1 in 1000 cycles. FTO-G exhibits stable capacity and the actual capacity of 195.0 mAh g− 1 after 1000 cycles while the reversible capacity of FTO-SS is retained only 46.0 mAh g− 1 and graphite keeps a reversible capacity of 39.4 mAh g− 1.
