In(III) and Sc(III) based coordination polymers derived from rigid benzimidazole-5,6-dicarboxylic acid: Synthesis, crystal structure and catalytic property

Two new In(III)/Sc(III) coordination polymers based on benzimidazole-5, 6-dicarboxylic acid ligand have been prepared under solvothermal conditions. They can be as Lewis acid catalysts and show good catalytic activity for the Strecker reaction. Especially, 1 can obtain more than 95% conversion yields after four consecutive runs.101
