Multi-target tacrine-coumarin hybrids: Cholinesterase and monoamine oxidase B inhibition properties against Alzheimer's disease

A series of novel tacrine-coumarin hybrids were designed and synthesized as multi-target agents against Alzheimer's disease. 14c was found to be the most promising compound in this series.
