Band structures of blue luminescent nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots by synchrotron-based XPS

Bright blue luminescence GQDs with average size of 2.8 nm were prepared from cow milk by a facile hydrothermal process. Band structure of resulting GQDs was proposed from synchrotron based XPS and UV-vis absorption spectra for the first time.77
