Indentation modulus and hardness of polyaniline thin films by atomic force microscopy

▶ We deposited polyaniline thin films with different thickness on stiff substrates. ▶ We performed depth sensing indentation measurements using an atomic force microscope. ▶ Indentation modulus and hardness were measured at different penetration depths. ▶ Bulk values of indentation modulus and hardness of polyaniline were deduced.
