Rapid organism degradation function of Fe-based alloys in high concentration wastewater

► We extended the application of Fe-based alloys. ► We found that Fe-based MG ribbon shows its unique advantages on the removal of high concentration wastewater. ► Fe-based MG ribbon took a catalytic role on the oxidative degradation of organic compounds. ► The chemically inactive metalloid elements in MG also had the function of degradation.
