Synthesis of cuboid BiOCl nanosheets coupled with CdS quantum dots by region-selective deposition process with enhanced photocatalytic activity

The high-dispersed CdS QDs/BiOCl nanocomposites with excellent photocatalytic activity can be obtained by the region-selective deposition with the surface modification and bridging role of TGA.
