چکیده انگلیسی
mac-FTO (ordered macroporous fluorine doped tin oxide) films were fabricated on FTO glass as structured substrates for supporting CdxZn1âxS photocatalysts. A series of CdxZn1âxS (xâ¯=â¯1-0.2) photocatalysts were decorated on the mac-FTO film via simple in-situ deposition. Through the manipulation of Cd:Zn atomic ratios, photoelectrochemical results show that the optimized CdxZn1âxS@mac-FTO electrode generates photocurrent density up to 9â¯mAâ¯cmâ2 under visible light at 0â¯V vis. VAg/AgCl. The larger surface area in comparison to planar FTO electrode and the improved conductivity in comparison to macroporous semiconductor electrodes are realized as an increase in photocurrent support.
