A smart drug delivery system in response to time, pH and enzyme for colorectal cancer therapy and its targeted release performance in vitro

The smart composite material was prepared by a continuous assembly method. In vitro release results indicated that it not only could overcome serious drug loss and burst effect, but also showed long-term controlled release of the encapsulated 5-fluorouracil.
