Organic hybrid solar cells-Influence of ZnO nanoparticles on the photovoltaic efficiency

The paper describes technology and principal results concerning the studies of hybrid photovoltaic devices possessing layers of ZnO nanocrystals with different sizes. The presented studies have shown that better photovoltaic efficiency is achieved for the ZnO nanocrystals with smaller sizes. The physical origin of the observed effects is observed.
