Electrodeposition of polymer encapsulated cobalt sulfide thin films: search for a frequency switching material

Frequency switching behavior of the CoS thin films was studied, and it was observed that the films performed well as a switching device under 1 Sun illumination. After covering with PVP, the number of separated electron-hole pairs decreases and this leads to excition related emission and reduction of recombination process.
