Design and fabrication of superhydrophobic/superoleophilic Ni3S2-nanorods/Ni-mesh for oil-water separation

A novel strategy for fabricating a superhydrophobic/superoleophilic mesh is presented by growing micro-nanorods on Ni mesh via a “hydrothermal + modification” process. The prepared superhydrophobic/superoleophilic Ni mesh shows excellent oil-water separation properties.189
