Fabrication, characterization and applications of novel nanoheater structures

► Four different nanoheater structures have been prepared by various methods. ► These nanoheaters have the forms of nanoparticles, nanowires, powders, and films. ► The structural and thermal properties of these nanoheaters have been characterized. ► These nanoheaters can be used in micro-joining and flexible electronics bonding.
