PECVD synthesis of 2D nanostructured carbon material

► Carbon nanowalls were synthesised by PECVD using an expanding RF plasma beam working in Ar/H2/C2H2. ► Large dimension free standing CNWs were obtained. ► Ar carrier flow and pressure during CNWs growth allow the control of material quality.
