Organic solar cells fabricated on inkjet-printed indium tin oxide electrodes

► We fabricated OSCs on inkjet-printed indium tin oxide (ITO) films. ► Inkjet printed ITO film after RTA shows a sheet resistance of 198.8 Ω/square. ► Both PCE and FF values of the OSC depend on the size of active area of the OSCs.
