Molecular structure of human aortic valve by µSR- FTIR microscopy

The use of µSR- FTIR spectroscopy demonstrated co-localization of GAGs and lipids in spongiosa layer what may indicate their contribution in the very early phase of aortic valve calcific degeneration.
