Monte Carlo solver for UWB1 nuclear fuel depletion code

The UWB1 Monte Carlo solver is approximately 14 times faster than the MCNP6 reference code when one transport equation solution within fuel depletion is compared. Another speed-up can be achieved by employing advanced depletion scheme in the coupled transport and burnup equations. The resulting faster code will be used in optimization studies for ideal burnable absorber material selection where many various materials and concentrations will be evaluated.
