Study on microporous supported ionic liquid membranes for carbon dioxide capture

- Asymmetric and symmetric SILMs have been fabricated and compared for CO2 capture.
- The symmetric SILMs have higher separation selectivity than asymmetric membrane.
- The symmetric SILMs will be further studied for CO2 capture from ambient air.
