Na2CO3-based sorbents coated on metal foil: CO2 capture performance

► Sodium-based sorbents coated on metal foil were tested under commercially relevant conditions. ► 35% Na2CO3/Al2O3 sorbent coated on foil showed the best performance. ► 35% Na2CO3/Al2O3 sorbent was also tested for 500 absorption-desorption cycles. ► The decay in the performance was ∼40% compared to the initial performance after 500 cycles.
