Hypofractionated stereotactic radiotherapy combined with topotecan in recurrent malignant glioma

Conclusion: H-SRT with topotecan is feasible and well-tolerated in patients with recurrent high-grade glioma and results in similar survival compared with other repeat treatment modalities.
