On the Number of Eigenvalues of the Biharmonic Operator on ℝ3 Perturbed by a Complex Potential

In this paper we study the biharmonic operator on ℝ3 perturbed by a complex potential, which decays exponentially at infinity. We obtain bounds on the total number of eigenvalues of the said operator.
