Antimicrobial and pilling evaluation of the modified cellulosic fabrics using polyurethane acrylate copolymers

► The cellulosic fabric was modified with polyurethane acrylates copolymers (PACs). ► The molecular weight of polycaprolactone (PCL) was varied during synthesis. ► The proposed structure was confirmed using FTIR. ► The PAC emulsion was applied onto the polyester/cellulosic fabrics. ► The pilling ratings and antimicrobial activities improved.
