Influence of protic ionic liquids on the structure and stability of succinylated Con A

► Synthesized alkyl ammonium ionic liquids (ILs). ► We have studied the biomolecular interactions succinylated Con A with ILs. ► We have used Biophysical techniques including CD, fluorescence and NMR. ► TEAP is strong stabilizer for S Con A. ► TEAP acted as a refolding enhancer for thermally denatured S Con A.
