Synthesis and property of chitosan graft copolymer by RAFT polymerization with tosylic acid-chitosan complex

► The polymerization is controlled well with sulfonated chitosan-RAFT agent. ► The amino group is free easily and mildly with Tris solution from sulfated chitosan. ► The aldehyde release is pH- and thermo-sensitive with the chitosan graft copolymer.
