Existence of global bounded weak solutions to a symmetric system of Keyfitz–Kranzer type

In this paper, we use the compensated compactness method with BV estimates on the Riemann invariants to obtain the global existence of bounded entropy weak solutions for the Cauchy problem of a symmetric system of Keyfitz–Kranzer type.
