Analysis of the enhanced oral bioavailability of fenofibrate lipid formulations in fasted humans using an in vitro-in silico-in vivo approach

By incorporating the in vitro dissolution data to the PBPK model, the human plasma concentration profiles of fenofibric acid following oral administration of various lipid formulations in fasted state were quantitatively predicted, using computer simulation techniques.
