Spironolactone release from liquisolid formulations prepared with Capryol™ 90, Solutol® HS-15 and Kollicoat® SR 30 D as non-volatile liquid vehicles

Spironolactone liquisolid formulations were prepared by mixing of the drug with liquid vehicles to form the liquid medication. By addition of the carrier, coating material, disintegrant and lubricant into the liquid medication, spironolactone liquisolid powders can be produced and compacted into tablets.
