Utility of oligoclonal IgG band detection for MS diagnosis in daily clinical practice

► We conducted a multicentric study of new methods for oligoclonal band detection. ► We assessed the accuracy of these methods for MS diagnosis. ► They showed high sensitivity, specificity, and reproducibility. ► The use alkaline phosphatase detection showed the highest concordance. ► This method improves the reproducibility of oligoclonal band detection.
