Accurate classification of childhood brain tumours by in vivo1H MRS - A multi-centre study

1H MRS has excellent accuracy for the non-invasive diagnosis of common childhood brain tumours particularly if the metabolite information is maximised and should become part of routine clinical assessment for these children.
