Inhibition by wheat sprout (Triticum aestivum) juice of bisphenol A-induced oxidative stress in young women

We found detoxificational effects of wheat sprouts on toxicity of an endocrine disrupting chemical, bisphenol A, via (1) antioxidative and (2) ADME-mediated mechanisms in child bearing aged women.
